I will separate this list by formats: paperback and ebook. Look for the ebook post tomorrow!

I have included links to Amazon in order for you to easily get these books.

The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

This book is full of interesting little tidbits about how to make yourself happier. Filled with her own journey and based on science, you can tell Gretchen has done her research. She can help you become a happier person and live the life you want to live. She gives you tips and tricks to start your own happiness project and to keep it going in the back of her book. I highly recommend.

This book helps link neuroscience with writing and teaches you ways to train your brain to be a better writer. It can be dense to read at times but is explained in a way that makes it easy to understand. Broken into manageable, bite-sized sections, this book helps you through every step of the writing process, whether you are a pantser or plotter.

This book gives short, easy to read anecdotes and analogies that are unique and easy to understand. Each gives advice about life as a writer. Varying from the writing process to content, editing to publishing, this book gives all sorts of valuable tidbits that are easy to remember.
